Michael Granát joins LEGALITÉ as a partner after less than 3 years of his successful tenure with the firm. Michael graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and started his legal career at one of the world’s largest law firms, Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Prague. There he gained valuable experience, particularly in litigation, and went through the demanding drill of the then American law firm. His further career was focused on HR and employment law, in the role of in-house lawyer at O2. It was also here that he first met the founding partner of LEGALITÉ, Maria Janšová. From O2, Michael returned to law and gained further experience not only in the field of employment law at Glatzova & Co. Subsequently, he also tried his hand at working in a startup environment at Mavericks. In 2021 he became a new member of the LEGALITÉ team. It is the combination of his experience
from large law firms, a corporation with several thousand employees and working with startups became the basis for his successful tenure in the LEGALITÉ team.
