Our colleagues Marie Janšová and Miroslav Uřičař were the speakers at the 21st Call Centra Conference held on 9 November 2021.
The conference was dedicated to the topic “Where is voice communication heading?”.
The conference featured lectures on the following topics: working with people, technological innovations, quality and efficiency issues.
Miroslav Uřičar’s lecture entitled “Regulation of telemarketing, quo vadis? Or – Legislation 2022 and beyond” was focused on the protection of personal data. Marie Janšová in the “People” block gave a lecture on the very topical topic of working from home entitled “Home Office 2022 – rules and pitfalls of working from home”.
