Which AI systems do employers need to watch out for?
The Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) lays down uniform rules for the use of artificial intelligence across the entire European Union and in a range of areas, including recruitment and everyday HR processes. Employers should therefore examine the specific impact this Regulation has on their HR departments (and beyond).
