Our colleague Michael Granát participated in the Law & Practice online conference with his lecture “Prohibition of competition and similar (un)prohibited practices in HR”. The conference participants learned about interesting case law and valuable insights from practice related to non-compete in employment. Michael also addressed employee and contractor non-compete clauses and discussed problematic non-solicitation agreements between employees and clients.
